By the way.. what a gentleman said is not what he sees..but what he feels..by the way what a lady says is not what she feels…but what she intents….cut it short.. always ladies first..unless the world will be lived in a dream rather than reality…man will always see in a macroscopic perpective trying to collect all that can be seen…

By the way.. ladies on the other way will always look in a remote microscopic picking what she wants as intended…as a result woman will be more subjective asking question unanswered by man..conversely man will be more objective asking direct unpopular questions…

By the way.. to be combined into one is not about to copy paste but more on to cut and paste..you must take it all and have your own value…there is no best model can be described as the best value…

By the way.. it is true ladies first..you got to have an intention first, then feeling will come by itself…lets live in a real value in a reality with ongoing sweetdream…the idea is to get 2 in 1, means 1+1=1..that is what we intent…

By the way.. we get 1+1=2.. life is not about 1.calculative or even 2.intangible things…but more on to create better things than before..not even a 1.reality or simply a 2.dream…I should say by changing into 1 from 2 different elements…then, the path will shown the promised land equals the numericy, interpretation, destiny and prayers…ultimately ways up to all the good things ahead…….

Hii semua, anda mungkin membaca post ini disebabkan samada anda seorang Cost Controller (Hotel/Resort/Outlet), F&B Manager, Financial Controller, atau mungkin GM/Owner sesebuah F&B outlet. Baik, biar saya terangkan maksud tajuk kali ni. 1. CARA PENGIRAAN Food Cost % adalah kos peratus bilamana kos Food/makanan dibahagikan dengan hasil/keuntungan/revenue Food/makanan anda (Net/Bersih). Contoh di sini ialah katakan anda menjual Nasi Lemak dgn harga RM5.00 (Net/Bersih - tolak GST/Service charge, atau charge2 yg lain). Jadi revenue = RM5.00 Manakala kosnya pula seperti nasi + santan + telur - daun pisang + minyak + dan sbgainya. Katakan kos makanan tersebut berjumlah RM2.50 (bersih - tidak termasuk kos operasi seperti gaji pekerja, sewa kedai dan sebagainya. Oleh itu Kos % Food/makanan = RM2.50 dibahagikan dengan RM5.00 = 50% 2. BUDGET KOS % Kita katakan kos tersebut tinggi haya bilamana ianya melebihi budget/belanjawan yg telah ditetapkan.
