We need to change on how we see things

Cikemiau...2013 is coming. I hate to leave 2012, but I cannot wait to see pinnacles in 2013. 

 Can you feel something that...hey that is me!!!. Precisely, people is in common. Same thoughts and recycling ideas. Comfort zone is nothing to be prevail. The world is changing. Not because of we have to, but due to the exciting it would becomes instead of staying put and follow the ladder. It is not jumping over something that you could not do, it might be seem eccentric to someone but that is totally not the case. At the bigger scale...unleashing potentials...reap all what it takes. Vividly it does not need for you to say sorry for others, or do not think of it at all.

 Remember how we thought that we were so fragile to embrace the Free Trade Area. Some contemplations...You want to stay safe and still be the winner among your yourselves? Nothing can survive not even the Big China if only the leaders chose to 'close policy'. Nothing is easy, but something has to be started somewhere. Never question your credibility. There are no absurdites in life. Everybody is equal. Creativity does not killing any opportunity, instead creates a platform and synergy to a new possibility and it is infinite.

 We need to change on how we see things.

Kenapa Food Cost % bulan ni tinggi ???

Hii semua, anda mungkin membaca post ini disebabkan samada anda seorang Cost Controller (Hotel/Resort/Outlet), F&B Manager, Financial Controller, atau mungkin GM/Owner sesebuah F&B outlet. Baik, biar saya terangkan maksud tajuk kali ni. 1. CARA PENGIRAAN Food Cost % adalah kos peratus bilamana kos Food/makanan dibahagikan dengan hasil/keuntungan/revenue Food/makanan anda (Net/Bersih). Contoh di sini ialah katakan anda menjual Nasi Lemak dgn harga RM5.00 (Net/Bersih - tolak GST/Service charge, atau charge2 yg lain). Jadi revenue = RM5.00 Manakala kosnya pula seperti nasi + santan + telur - daun pisang + minyak + dan sbgainya. Katakan kos makanan tersebut berjumlah RM2.50 (bersih - tidak termasuk kos operasi seperti gaji pekerja, sewa kedai dan sebagainya. Oleh itu Kos % Food/makanan = RM2.50 dibahagikan dengan RM5.00 = 50% 2. BUDGET KOS % Kita katakan kos tersebut tinggi haya bilamana ianya melebihi budget/belanjawan yg telah ditetapkan.
